The chemical oxidation treatment can improve the hydrophilicity of the surface of the stainless steel tube, and its hydrophilicity increases with the increase of the oxidation temperature and the prolongation of the oxidation time.
Chemical oxidation treatment can greatly increase the content of oxygen-containing polar groups on the surface of the stainless steel tube and within a certain thickness range, so that the surface free energy and polar components of the stainless steel tube can be enhanced, thereby effectively improving the hydrophilicity of the surface of the stainless steel tube.
